What is Flourish?
Flourish is the world’s leading employee wellness resource and marketplace.
Our members can learn, test, track, and improve their overall health and wellbeing, with access to exclusive content, the latest diagnostic tools, and discounted products and services that can make small to life-changing changes possible.
Our platform specifically addresses 7 “pillars” of Wellness: Nutrition, Movement, Mind, Sleep, Self-Care, Social, and Recreation.
How do you define wellness?
Wellness is an individual’s pursuit of an optimal state of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing achieved through understanding how we function, testing and charting progress, making positive choices, and working with the latest tools and technologies available to reach one’s personal goals.
Everyone’s wellness goals are different. Extension of quality of life, healing from past injuries or chronic disease, developing better nutrition or sleeping habits, reducing stress, improving one’s appearance, improving physical or mental performance, and finding ways to have better interpersonal relationships are all examples of individual wellness goals.
Who uses Flourish?
Employee focused companies who value a culture of health and wellbeing, work-life balance, and happiness for their organization offer Flourish to their employees as part of their benefits package.
Employee members are people from all ages, backgrounds, and demographics who want to educate themselves, establish a current wellness baseline, and learn a proactive approach to health and wellness for the future.
Is Flourish Healthcare or Health Insurance?
No. Health Insurance is focused on providing support when you are sick.
Our platform is designed to supplement your company’s traditional health insurance with a goal of offering employees solutions and tools to help them become vibrant and healthy, and hopefully lessen the need of healthcare services in the future.
Does Flourish Provide Medical Advice or Care?
No. It’s always best to consult your primary doctor before starting any treatments, products, or programs, and to talk to your insurance company regarding any co-pays and deductibles.
Much of our content is aimed at educating yourself and taking control of your own health so you can be an active participant in your conversations with your doctors and other experts.
How would Flourish benefit our Company?
Healthy, happy, individuals who feel good about themselves are less stressed, more productive, have fewer sick days and injuries, and are less susceptible to burnout and other workplace related issues and turnover.
Flourish is an attractive incentive to offer along with other workplace benefits to current and prospective team members that shows you want to help improve all aspects of work life balance and beyond.

Is Flourish for members only?
Yes. Our exclusive content, discounted products and services, limited collaborations are only available to Flourish members through their employers.
What types of Companies are eligible to Register?
Flourish is available on an approval basis to Businesses and their current employees.
All of a customer’s employees must have the same email domain (Example Apple Employees: steve@apple.com , jessica@apple.com etc.) since that is how members are invited and managed by a company’s administrator.
Personal email, such as Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo mail addresses are not accepted

Can individuals get a Flourish membership?
Not yet. We will be offering some individual membership plans and products to help you track and store data from wearable devices, store lab info to track your wellness journey beginning in 2024.
We are also working with some National membership organizations to incorporate flourish into their offering as an additional benefit.
Until then, the best way to get Flourish is to let your employer know to sign up for it. Tell your company you want Flourish here.
Do I qualify to register my Company?
Maybe. If you are authorized by your organization (Company owner, executive, HR representative, etc.) and can add and manage all its employees and complete the registration application you should be qualified.

My employer offers Flourish, how do I get my access?
You should have received an email from Flourish with a link to create your password after you were added by your company administrator.

Does membership continue after an employee leaves our Company?
No. Much like health and valuable company benefits, an employee’s Flourish membership expires within 30 days of their last day of employment unless converted to an optional paid personal membership plan when available.
Since purchases are made directly with our brand partners, any change in subscription fee-based services is at the vendors discretion.
What types of products and services are available to Flourish Members?
We strive to work with partners who (i) can offer the latest, best in class wellness products and services to our members, (ii) value sustainability and ethically sourced materials, and (iii) provide value to our members through exclusive discounts and experiences only found on the Flourish marketplace.
We ask our partners to provide our members discounts not available elsewhere. In addition, our partners may provide free samples; collaborations; early access to products and promotions; and custom content, services, and educational materials exclusive to Flourish members.
Are we talking just vitamins, supplements, and workout gear etc.?
Nope! Exercise and nutrition are just one aspect (and a very important one we feel!) of some of the types of products and services we offer our members but striving for “Wellness” can be different for each person.
Flourish members have access to products and services to improve sleep, brighten their smile, nourish hair, plant a garden, create art and music, eat healthy foods, drink delicious “mocktails”, read motivational books, and enjoy time with your family too!
Does Flourish sell products directly?
Not usually. In most cases we simply review and make recommendations for products based on the area of wellness a member is looking to improve and provide a link to the manufactures website to purchase directly with a discount code. Sometimes we are compensated for these referrals (see our complete editorial policy here).
Whenever possible, we try to offer low cost or no-cost options or recommendations for members to consider.
Occasionally we offer special products for sale directly on our site.
What does Flourish Cost?
Flourish is currently free for organizations up to 5000 employees. For more pricing information please click here
Flourish is FREE for all employees that are signed up to Flourish through their employers.
Is Flourish Covered by Health Insurance?
No. Although some of the types of treatments, lab testing, or other services we review might be available in some variation from your primary care doctor, so it’s always worth asking!
One important aspect of Flourish is learning about new techniques and treatments that your primary doctor might not even be aware of, taking control of your own health journey, and working with them on what’s best for you.
It’s always best to consult your doctor before starting any treatments, products, or programs, and to talk to your insurance company regarding any co-pays and deductibles.
How do I Register my Company?
Individuals authorized to register on behalf of their organization (see “Do I qualify to register my Company” above) can apply for registration here
Is Membership automatically granted?
No – Our goal is to deliver our services to as many end users as we can, but please note that Flourish reserves the right to deny registrations for any reason to ensure the best experience.
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to review your Registration, and we highly recommend the person completing the registration include a link to their LinkedIn profile to speed up verification.
Is member information secure?
Yes! We currently utilize US based Amazon Web Services as our backbone that ensures our customer information is secure. For a complete overview on our technology providers security policies please click here: Link
For any of our products we offer that directly that allow for the transmittal or storage of wearable or lab data, we require our technology partners to adhere to the latest HIPPA and other security requirements.
Any wellness score data individuals opt to share with their organization is randomized, and no specific health data, purchase data, or other sensitive information is shared between end member user and employer. Please see our end user license agreement and privacy policy for more information.
